we need to have the following info to investigate this issue:
check if Cinerender is running in the Activity Monitor after starting ARCHICAD. Also, if there is any content in the following file: HD/Users/userhome/Library/Preferences/MAXON we would like to have that file. PM me, if you have those files!! Thanks, k

Hello again,
Unfortunately, the same issue with the crazy mouse remains, even with the last update. (AC-20 Built 4020)
It is driving me crazy.
The movement, on the center of the mouse or where the wheel used to be, should be only for vertical movements and restricted or blocked for horizontal movement or sideways.
Please, we really need this issue to be resolved.

It looks like if you upgrade your OS to Sierra 10.12.1, the issue will be fixed.

Hi there...
we have similar problem in archicad schedules in drawings. We have buy some font from profesionals but, its impossible use it for all archicad on MacOS becaus of this problem. Please fix this problem ![Smile]()

Hi,
I got the following strange bahaviour.
Some slab vertical coutour line are not visible. It seems to be happening when two adjoining edge makes a angle close to 180 degrees and the corner is not rounded of course.
Look at the attached picture.
It occurs both in Internal engine and OpenGL
How to solve it?

I've been having the same problem and I think the solution is simple: for those shortcuts to work (like ctrl+D or ctrl+shift+D) - you need to select the object first then use the shortcut.

We did a test clash detection and now we have a huge list of mark-up items. How can we get rid of these?

Hello,
I have the same issues with ESC on my computer. Esspecialy with custom profiles. Restarting ArchiCAD helps for a while.
Brand new machine so hardware is not the problem.
OS: Wind 10 PRO.
Please fix it ASAP.

I wish Graphisoft would make an easy solution to this...I have the same issue, especially with a "Board & Batten" siding pattern, in my complex profile walls. It's the vectoral fill on the elevations where I need more control...the 3D pattern is good, but I wish we had a similar option for "Align 2D texture"...click....done. It's pathetic that it's not in there. So many people jump on these topics & post useless info, thinking they actually did/helped something. That's how the world is now. Usually, when I go looking for a solution here, I have to dig deep into the more advanced & seasoned users' stuff....through layers of surface-level foolishness. Some times I wonder if some of these folks actually work on REAL projects, with REAL drawings, in the REAL world. Anyway, what do I know? I've only been doing this kind of work for over 20 years. It makes me crazy when I can't align a stupid hatch/fill pattern where I want it to go, when it's embedded in a 3D object that I use over & over & over. =be=

Good morning
I am using Archicad 20 and receive the following error message, at what seem to be random intervals.
Grpahics Card Error
I have removed and previous drivers using the AMD util. and I have also installed the latest graphics driver. Archicad has also been updated.
Another user has started to have the exact same issue.
I can send on the bug reports.
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I will report this GRAPHISOFT. It seems from the error message that the CineRender module experiences the crash, not the core ARCHICAD program.
Curious. In any case, they will know what to do about it.

When I open the place external drawing window if I click on a file and press Spacebar (Quicklook- to get a bigger thumbnail preview) Archicad instantly crashes.
